1. Our Services
High Desert Salon and Spa provides hair and spa services at our salon in Glendale, Arizona. Service descriptions and prices shown on this website are provided for general information and may change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking (or quoted in the salon) is the price that applies to your appointment.
2. Appointments and Booking
- Appointments can be booked online through our booking system, by phone at 623.377.9474 or in person at 17235 N 75th Ave SUITE A-150, GLENDALE, AZ 85308.
- Please arrive on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service so we do not delay the next guest.
- When you book, you agree to provide accurate contact information so we can confirm your appointment and reach you if anything changes.
3. Cancellations and No-Shows
- We ask for at least 24-hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Appointments cancelled with less than 24-hours' notice, or missed without notice, will be charged a fee of 50% of the booked service and may require prepayment to book future appointments.
- A credit card may be required to hold appointments for services.
4. Payments
- We accept major credit/debit cards and cash.
- Payment is due at the time of service. Prices do not include gratuity, which is always appreciated but never required.
5. Gift Cards
- Gift cards are available for purchase in the salon and may be used toward services and retail products.
- Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, and do not expire.
6. Health, Safety, and Service Suitability
- Please tell your stylist or technician about any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, medications, or recent chemical services before your appointment begins. This helps us choose products and services that are safe for you.
- Some services (such as chemical treatments) may require a consultation or patch/strand test before we can perform them, and we may decline or adjust a service if we believe it would damage your hair or skin.
- Results of color and chemical services vary by hair history and condition and cannot be guaranteed.
7. Service Adjustments
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us within [7] days of your appointment so we can make it right. Adjustments are provided at our discretion and do not include a change of mind about the style or color selected.
8. Children and Guests
For safety and relaxation, children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Only guests receiving services are permitted in the service areas.
9. Personal Property
High Desert Salon and Spa is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal property brought into the salon.
10. Photos and Social Media
With your permission, we may take before-and-after photos of your service for our portfolio and social media. We will never post a photo of you without your consent, and you may ask us to remove a photo at any time.
11. Website Content
All content on this website — including text, logos, photos, and graphics — belongs to High Desert Salon and Spa or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written consent.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, High Desert Salon and Spa is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Arizona law.
